Pure Gases - Instrumentation Gases

High quality instrumentation gases are a basic prerequisite for trouble free and dependable operation of modern analytical systems. Instrumentation gases must not contain any impurities that might adversely influence your final measurement results.

Having selected the correct gas purity it is now essential to preserve it from the point of cylinder exit through to your point of use.
Our HiQ
TM programme has been specifically designed to help you select the right combination and specification of gas and associated gas control equipment to safeguard you against the possibility of poor analytical results. You can read a little further on about AGA RedlineTM our comprehensive range of Speciality gas equipment designed and manufactured to preserve and reliably deliver high purity gases to where you need them.

Pure Gases - Electronic Gases

Electronic gas purities are available to you up to 99.9999% (6.0) purity from within our LI-PUR product and service programme.
These are precision manufactured products designed to exceed the stringent requirements of the microelectronics and fibre optic industries.

Only proven materials are used including hardened and tempered steel with internal surface treatment, passivated aluminium alloy or electropolished stainless steel cylinders. Only the use of stainless steel valves will do for the elimination of low particle generation, to promote leak tight integrity, superior handling, purge functionality and reliability. Valve options available include flow restrictors, pneumatic operation and metallic seal connections.

Preparation of these cylinders is essential and includes intensive treatment using turbomolecular pumps, particle emission and residual contamination analysis prior to filling.

Cylinder inventory and filling systems are maintained with strict segregation to avoid the risk of cross contamination. Sophisticated filling systems and procedures combine with filtration and purification techniques to preserve the purity and accuracy of the final product.

Special sampling techniques primarily for corrosive gases and trace metals along with leading edge methods of analysis including gas chromatography, (FT-) infra-red absorption, atomic absorption and ICP mass spectrometry and particle counting, verify that the quality of our products is assured.
